   2. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, which should be undamaged and intact.

   2. Upon authorization, customers will receive instructions for shipping the item back to PEDITEQ.
   3. Returns must be shipped back to Pediteq within 5 days of receiving the return authorization.

5. Exclusions: Personalized items or shoes that have been modified or worn cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
